You can never do too much research when it comes to real estate. Here are a few books that could make moving experience easier for you. The selection below covers renting apartments and buying houses, as well as buying real estate as an investment and selling it for a profit. I'll add more as I have time, so be sure to check back.

These first books are geared more towards renters, informing them of legal rights and offering advice for dealing with landlords.

A comprehensive guide to buying a home by Eric Tyson. Tips on hiring a real estate agent, picking the right house and negotiating a good deal.
